 All grievances filed prior to July 1, 2007, will continue to use the old grievance process unless both parties agree to transfer the grievance to the new procedure and fill out the transfer form. For further information see www.state.wv.us/admin/grievanc.

Any grievances filed after June 30, 2007, must use the new grievance process.
